Community Talks

You may have heard about Advanced Health from one of your Community Talks. We do these on a regular basis to a variety of groups and associations. It is our aim to tell as many people as we can about the benefits of Chiropractic treatment and how it can help you lead a healthier life. If you know or are affiliated to a group or association that would be interested in one of our Chiropractors doing a talk, please have a word with us or call the Spineline (01423 562251)

Corporate Schemes

We regularly visit companies and industries to give talks on health and safety related to the spine. We also give discounts to groups of people who come from the same workplace. If you think that your employer may be interested in this then please ask their health and safety officer to contact us as we love telling people about Chiropractic.

Health Class

The Healthclass is a free weekly class at the clinic that is compulsory for all patients to attend once. There is a lot of very important information that we have to give you at the beginning of your treatment that is related to lifestyle. If you take action on this information then you will get better quicker - FACT. The Healthclass covers topics such as:

• sleeping position
• driving position
• workstation ergonomics
• exercise advice
• nutrition and supplements
• psychological stressors and their effect on your health

Please note you do not need to be a patient to attend our Healthclass, they are free for all. Please contact the clinic to book your free place at our next session.
